Danny qualified as an English solicitor in 2003 and is based within the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group in Jersey. He practices a full range of Jersey corporate and commercial law with a focus on international mergers & acquisitions. Before joining Appleby, Danny worked for a regional firm in the UK with a strong commercial emphasis. Prior to this, he trained with a boutique corporate practice in the City of London with niche telecoms expertise.
